Falcon RGH1 freezong/rebooting when starting any game.

Hello. I have got a console back in after 1 year of it working fine. The client says nothing different was done to it. He has it in a business where he rents it out by the hour. He says every game had been working fine. Now all of a sudden, whenever you start a game the intro video starts for a second and then the console reboots itself. I removed dashlaunch to see if that is what was rebooting the console (fatal crash), and now the intro video freezes without rebooting.

This problem happens with every game. I have also connected an external hard drive that works on another console and the same thing happens.

I thought it might be the GPU starting to fail, so I did a reflow (a real reflow with an IR rework machine and nudge test, not those "quick heat gun repair"). Still the exact same output.

I can leave the console on in freestyle dash or original dash for hours and it will never freeze, only when starting any game.

Here are some things I have tried:
Change coolrunner (I know it would freeze randomly if it was the coolrunner or cpurst path, but just to say I tried everything)
Change CPU_RST path (same as above lol)
Reflow GPU
Read nand to check for bad blocks (none were found)
Rebuild nand image and updated dash.
Disconnect all storage devices, and use only one device that is known to work.
Running Games without dashlaunch

So I have a console that will boot into fresstyle dash with no problem, can navigata in the dash for hours with no problem, but when starting any game, new, old, known to work, games that were working fine, games from external hdd, any game will freeze and reboot console during intro video 1-5 seconds into video.

Console info:
Falcon RGH1
CB: 5771
Dash: 16537 - 16547 and tried others
Used J-runner to make images (as always)
Console had been running with rgh1 and had never been opened for more than a year.

Please read what I have tried before commenting to try things I have already tried.

Thanks for any input/help.

Now I have tried reflowing southbrige and the exact same result. Next reflow CPU. Any more suggestions?

Well no reflows did it. The console is still the same. I have now tried other chips and does the same thing, re-routed pllbypass wire 5 times, used grounded shielded wire for cpu_rst. I have even tried changing smc config parameters. Everything leads to the exact same result.

Have you tried changing the power vss mode settings in the nand and reflashing it?

Does it do the same if you stick a disc in it? I only read that you tried games from external harddrives.
