Try rgh2+, it works on falcons also. all you have to do is turn off jtag qsb and rewire cr4 for rgh2+, so move M to G, remove a and b, and hook up e, and change dip setting to rgh2+.
You did set the Aud QSB to on correct !!! leave the post bit jumper alone leave it at 0- and rotate the dips 1 up and one down from default setting like this 2-7-then 4-7-then 3-6-then 3-8
or all Dips off-- Also the Aud QSB picture is not up close and clear ..The yellow wire hides one of the small solder points. that connection is soldered ??
Also the white wire bridged the small capacitor At this time you might want write the retail image back and confirm your console still starts with original Nand
You can write the retail image back and then disable the CR-4 by removing the post bit jumper

Please do what I suggested on the previous page before you go changing things up. I have seen that fix countless none booting Falcons. Or just keep d**kin around till wits end. If that doesn't get it going it's an install issue.
you set the dip for the console which in this case is 7, and then work your way from no other dips, so just 7, if that doesnt work, turn on dips 1-6, 1 at a time. one of them should boot the console. Dont know where you are getting 3 and 6, or 3 and 8.
have you ever thought about clicking the green bit at the top of your jrunner to update it , you are still on v0.3 beta 5 , we are currently on beta 7
I use only dip 7 with 1 thru 6 on one at a time, I will try different smc setting b4 changing the wiring to RGH style... I'll keep u guys posted... Fyi the green debug started to pulsate after fixing the white wire as shown

Just barely had time to tinker with this again and I put the retail nand back on it and it does boot but then freezes from needs a reflow done to it, it was not freezing prior but then again we never know when they will give out lol
I'll try again after reflowing it... onto another xbox for the moment lol
