no not even XeLL.
Only a green blinking light in de middel of de xbox.

If you have updated your console officially since your first dump that would mean your original dump would not work on your console due to LDV value being incorrect

how do i check that?
with 360_flash_tool????

if you can't boot to XeLL then it's not even an LDV issue. I would consider reflowing the CPU and GPU.
