Hello everyone,
I have a Falcon xbox here that when it boots, it has an error of "Update Failed" "Cannot install update on this console" "CV 2.0.8955.0" - This happens with or without the HD and this console is clean, no mods what so ever.
I have already tried to run the 8955 update to fix it as I know that is what your supposed to do but from USB or CD the xbox will freeze when booting. If I don't have the USB or CD in it will boot up until I get the error above.
My question is...
Can I fix this using my Cool Runner? I have a donor NAND and was going to pull my current NAND off and extract the KV and Config and inject those into the donor nand to rebuild a valid orignal NAND and then flash that back, remove the Cool Runner and then profeit??
Will this work or am I missing something?
