Do you have any pics of the STBY-CLK or CPU RST points? Do you have a green led blink every five seconds or so? Need a little more info.

Coolrunner D sorry my mistake
There isn't a such thing as a rev D. Anything that's says Rev D is a fake and not made by TX. Fakes are not supported here either.

Edit: sorry. I see in your first set of images, you do have a Rev C. I think we just have a slight language barrier which makes things a little confusing.

Yes I have the best advice quite wasting your time with a falcon RGH2 and buy a CR4 or send this to someone.

No, he is not wasting time for falcon rgh2, I have a configuration that works fantastic every time. Here it is:

Timing file RGH2 B

Switch to slim

Remove c8

Bridge either 2-3 or 1-2, see which one works better (typically 1-2 is better)

Use full length slim blue reset wire and solder it to the point on board, then run it around the front of the heatsinks. Coil the slack over the southbrige chip and connect to coolrunner.

Do that, and see what happens :)
