Can you check to make sure you have continuity between all soldered points and the CR. don't probe the soldered wire on the motherboard. Find an adjacent component which is linked by a trace (bottom of R7R17 for CPU_PLL_BYPASS for example).

Thanks for you help Martin. I did the continuity tests from all adjacent components and it is all good. Like I said I even tried shielded wire and soldering to the alt points and it will not glitch. It's like the CPU will not crash with the timing. The CR is doing its job but the xbox is not listening. I'm just going to give it back to the customer and advise them to sell it and buy a new one.

Yep the fans reset like they should. It's strange.

What did you use to create and write the ECC?

I used J-Runner nad then tried Multibulder 91.

Can you take two more pics - one from the top of the board and one from the bottom. I want to see all wires routes and connections.

I can't take the pics because I removed the CR and the customer is going to trade his brother for another xbox and bring it by tonight to have that one glitched.

It's wierd though out of close to 100 RGH's (or more) that I have done only 1 has 0022'ed on me while I was working on it and 1 that a cust brought back that would not boot when they got it home. Now this one that will not glitch but will boot fine back to the orig nand image.
