I did a few different ways as you may see , rjtag and aud clamp then without ,
One question I have is in the jrunner log when it creates the eec too flash too the console it says Patching Jasper version 2.3 SMC at offset 0x12BA , is this right ??

Detailed Description of the Problem : Falcon console wont boot too xell , using CR4 and hard wire jtag and audclamp.

Was the console working before you started: Y

Do you get a green debug light appear on the CR4 XL chip every 4-5 seconds: Y

How long is the light on for each time pulses every few seconds for a second
I will post pics as soon as I can

you should know by now if you have read other posts , you need to put pics up of all your solder points , I would write your original nand back first then try to see if it boots , make sure its your original nand , then if it boots start again check all your soldering

you are getting an error saying header is wrong , this usually means its not your original

yes but in jrunner it patches for xell as a jasper , I extracted the nand I know its the right one , at least I hope it is lol , na I make sure I put em into there own folders labled properly , and too check if its the right nand I used another falcon nand too test and after 4 green flashes on cr4 it gets rrod , with the nand for this machine I belive is the right one ive left it on for 2 hours too see if it will glitch and it runs the fans etc with the green light flashing no prob , thanks for your reply im getting a decent camera tomorrow ill take pics then , sorry bout that.

Update , well , I just wrote the orig nand back too the console , took off the red wire for CR4 , RROD 0022 , damn , im taking over this console for a mate who tried too install an r-jtag with qsb on it , he might have fried it I think. when he removed the qsb at the bottom he has pulled a few of the via's

yes I disabled the CR4 , another thing I have noticed is the reisitor at R8C2 is missing as well , I have removed all wiring left in the qsb's , photos coming in the next half hour.

I have touched up the contact points on qsb and cleaned it all up since the photo. There is a repair on the b point which seems ok , not done by me but looks too be ok when looked at under a magnifying glass.

You don't need r8c2 for cr4xl you may need it for other chips

Get your stby clk from the alternative point on the back or do rgh2 if the console still works, you should try revert everything to stock.

In my opinion 0022 usually means you fried your pll_bypass line you should check continuity between the trace on the top of the board, you might have to remove the heat sink and scratch a trace, good luck

so I check the top via under the heat sink top of board , what is the other point bottom of board for continuity ? and if its broken do I run a wire from underheatsink too a certain point ? thanks for your help mate.

You'll have to follow the point where the white wire attaches to underneath it goes through the board and comes up on the other side and goes under the CPU , sorry I don't have any photos so I can't really help but I've repaired that trace before
