im flashing the original nand dump back to the console and it wont boot up, If I restall the coolrunner and it will boot into zell no problem but will not boot to a dashboard, so I flashed the original nand back and it wont boot at all. Any sugestions I dont want to keep soldering the wires on and taking them off and messing it up. And I did update to the newest dash board first then flashed the original 13604 nand back could this be the cause of the problem?

If you updated from 13604 to 14699 (and did not redump your NAND) with the official update from Microsoft, then yes, that is your problem. You will need to open your 13604 dump in 360 flash tool, take the number next to 13604, add one, and manually set that as the LDV in the options.ini for whichever build tool you use.
Ex. If it's 5, set the LDV to 6.
