RGH Falcon won't load into XELL, any ideas?

I have a phat Falcon motherboard here that was working fine. I installed the Coolrunner (wire install) and tested the console again with the 3.3v line dis-connected. The console worked as normal, so no damage was done during soldering.

I then proceeded to connect the 3.3v line and follow the guide here... http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75945

Everything went well, installed the NAND-X drivers, read my NAND twice (zero bad blocks both times), created the .ECC file and wrote the new one back on.

Then at the next step it says to unplug everything, hook up the A/V cables and PSU then start the console with the eject button and XELL should load. This is where I'm getting stuck. When I turn on the XBOX nothing happens. The coolrunner blinks green every few seconds, 360 power light just sits there constantly flashing (because the DVD drive is disconnected) and nothing happens. You can hear the tone of the fans change for a fraction of a second every few seconds, but nothin happens. XELL will not boot up, anyone got any ideas?

Here's a few pics of my install and some closeups of the soldering....

Close ups...

The orange wire, I have checked for continuity with a multi-meter from the wire to the right hand side of the resistor and it's fine, so don't think it's this connection....

Yellow wire...

Blue wire...

Green wire...

So from testing with a multimeter and the pics I don't think it's my soldering, not to mention the wires are pretty solid at the join.

Anyone know why XELL won't load??

Cheers!

EDIT: Have just re-done my yellow & green wire connections for good measure and they are both looking better in terms of the quality of the connection with the board, however it's still a no go!! :(

Pictures of the reworked green and yellow wires....

EDIT 2:

Have just reworked the orange wire for good measure even though continuity was fine anyway....

Good pictures, your soldering seems ok you need to be careful not to overheat the solder points or use to much solder and also don't run your wire to a solder point over a resistor where you might have a chance of cross bridging or lifting (A), but don't change anything right now. Falcons are the easiest to glitch but don't rule out any at this point.
I build my .ECC file with 360 Multi Build .3 or .4 and flashed it with Jtag tools 4.25 power cycled and it booted right Xell, try checking for cross bridging on your points.

I have same problem on a Jasper 16mb (v4), just wont glitch.
I have try Coolrunner and Matrix and with the cap on GND and A, my instal looks like youres.

Made a falcon a few days ago and it glitch first time every time, but this Jasper wont glitch at all :-(

Right, well I have so far checked for bridges & not found any, however just to be 100% certain I de-soldered the orange & green wires, put down a little bit of electrical tape over the resistor/pad the wires go over and re-soldered them on, so there is definately no chance of a short now, but still made no difference.

Have tried building with 360 Multibuild 0.4, made no difference, kind of stumped right now...

Re-route your green wire according to the image posted in this thread: http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74857
If you looked at my pics you would have seen my green wire is already going the "alternative" route. However, one thing I forgot to mention which I just realised now. In the pic from the above thread the wire is coiled up near one of the x-clamps....I cut a bit of mine off!

Could this be the problem? Green wire is now too short and hence not glitching? If so, can someone tell me the length it should be? I still have all the wires for the slim install, so I could cut one down to the proper length the green wire should be and use that.

Cheers!

SORTED!! I was being a bit retarded and soldered my orange 1 pad above where it should have been. Sorted that and I'm into XELL now. :D

I had the same problem but I couldn't figure out a solution so I put it in my jasper and it glitches every time. Maybe it is the timing file or some falcons are just not glitchable?
