fall dashboard update removal

:? hello can any one tell me how to flas my box to remove the fall dashupdate?
please if your not 100% sure please dont give an answer.

You cannot remove an update.

i dont belive this to be true as i know M$ does it when u send them in for service
i got my same serial numbered box back with ou tthe fall update on it when it came back

Well it is true......what M$ do and what we can do is obviously different and it's more likley they fitted a new motherboard ever thought of that!
