Hello,

While attempting to get the cpukey on a corona with DGX has anyone had their fan do a fast 1sec spin up and then completely stop?
I'm trying to get the key off this one and I'm at a loss...

well it has only done that twice so far.
The green debug stops blinking after a while, but nothing on post monitor nor xell showing up in my router's attached devices. I have also tried the alternative Ecc...

no offtopic please guys, I updated the first post with a picture as rules require it...
I don't have JR logs but they're empty anyway, reading/writing the nand didn't indicate any warnings/errors.

Any ideas what to try ?

while its glitching look at your router, where the ethernet cable from xbox is.
It should have a blinking/flashing color and that indicates something is happening. and continue to press the ip scan
This is what i did

i had that happen to me on my first one....it died afterwards....
ps i just completed my first after killing 3 xboxes....

Hahaha, that's why your name is Joker. You are kidding right?

Or.................not?

If so stop doing this to the Xbox's.

Back to OP.

Had this problem one time with a Corona V1, after a few glitches i did the same what you are telling. Then i toke out the PSU and plug it in again. After that i a had the key after 5 glitches. :)

More than one then, which is why I was asking.

I'm assuming the console still works when you write the stock NAND back? Jane you also reapplied thermal paste to the CPU?

Yes the console works with stock, I flashed back the nand at some point and updated from 16197 to 16202 and started from scratch. I haven't lifted the cpu fan, i just lifted one corner of the X-clamp to be able to solder on the C5R11...but I've also tried FT3T10 and that little R4P4 (or something..).
