I have installed my SC Core, created nand backup and emunand.
But now I have a problem: I can not put files that are bigger that 4 gigs on my sd card.
I have tried splitting files into pieces by using 7zip, but when I extract all the files to the sd card it just does not extract the full file, just the part that is under that 4 gig limit and then stops saying that there was not enough space. What should I do?

I tried to format my sdcard to exfat, but then, after creating an emunand it just does not boot into it: it shows nintendo's logo and thats it: gets stuck at a black screen.

What files are you trying to store that are larger than 4gb?

Your console needs to have exFAT driver installed to support exFAT formatted MicroSD cards. If you don't want to run into the procedure of having it installed, you can do it at a later time whenever you need/want to update FW using the guide: https://team-xecuter.com/community/...ntendo-switch-with-choidujournx.134247/unread

For the meantime, if you want to split the games: Have your microSD card formatted to FAT32, have a game you wish to split that's over 4GB, finally use "xci-cutter": https://github.com/Destiny1984/XCI-Cutter/releases to split.

I'd recommend just staying with FAT32 and then using SX Installer with either USB or Nut. That allows you to install very large games - up to 32GB I've seen - but on a FAT32 formatted SD Card. It either extracts the files or breaks them into chunks themselves - not sure. Emunand will spread into 4GB chunks nicely also.
