I have read many threads about fatal crash error but cannot find my answer.

Let me start...

I have a phat jtagged xbox that worked flawlessly but the other night I put another HD from an RGH xbox on my jtag and now my jtag gets a Fatal Crash Intercepted error anytime I try to sign in a profile or create a profile or if I plug in a usb flash drive. Also now freezes when I click on an xex file (like flash360) or others.
Not sure if trying that other HD had something to do with it but I disclosed that because I clicked on the dashlaunch.xex file that the RGH hd had on it when I had it connected to my Jtag and thats when I got the first Fatal Crash Intercepted.

So now I cant sign into any profile, so now I cant access Xexmenu
I cant dump nand and reflash cause cant use flash360 (also turning on xbox with eject button doesnt load xell so i guess It doesn't have xell)
Cant load FSD cause again I cant click on xex file without it freezing.

I am NOT on latest dash, in fact im only on the last NXE dash-13something. Never updated to Metro dash but again everything worked fine until the other night.

Also,I deleted everything in cache folder to no success
I deleted every profile to no success (every profile except the one I had to be signed in under).
Im not able to sign into xexmenu thats on my HD but was able to sign into xexmenu when booted from a disc I created and thats how I was able to delete the profiles and cache.

Finally, to make sure it was something that got corrupted on my HD I just removed HD and booted xbox but I STILL get the Fatal Crash Intercepted error.

system info:
xbox phat
Jtagged
Falcon I think
running on stock NXE dash
xexmenu 1.1 and dashlaunch 3.03 installed
FSD3 installed but not used
and all games are in GOD format on 500gb internal HD

Sorry so long and winded but wanted to get everything in
Thanks for any and all help

have you no acces to hardware to read/write the NAND?

simple fix would be to dump the NAND and update it to latest dash and dashlaunch versions

I cleared Cache and deleted profiles, the next obvious step was to update dash and dashlaunch thats when I figured out i couldnt dump the nand because of the reasons stated above. I do not have access to hardware to update. Do you have another idea as to how I could do it. If there are no other ways then I will look on craigslist for some modding service that has the hardware but only if there is no other creative way.

I suggest that you make sure you have your cpu key and original dump before you do anything. If you don't and mess up a flash then it will be difficult or impossible for a pro to fix it.

I have the cpu key and I still have a nand that I dumped (flashdmp.bin) when I last updated dash. Is that considered an original nand? Or atleast a nand I can always use to update dash?

"I am NOT on latest dash, in fact im only on the last NXE dash-13something."

That's not going to help anything. Get up to the latest dash.

That is 2 responses with top advice.

If you can't flash your nand with software only then you will need hardware. So if you can't launch an xex or get into xell then you really only have one option.

"I have the cpu key and I still have a nand that I dumped (flashdmp.bin) when I last updated dash. Is that considered an original nand? Or atleast a nand I can always use to update dash?"

That should be sufficient, I would also dump the current nand and hang on to it till you get done.
