Hello, I have had this error 3 times now while running Skyrim in god format on the xbox360 hard drive. It didn't matter if I booted the game in FSD or from the regular dashboard. Anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Yep, the game is as buggy as hell. Bethesda still haven't got this right - Oblivion and Fallout 3 used to crash all the time.
But it wouldn't crash like that if I was using the retail disc on a retail console right? In other words, you are telling me that it's common when running it with the rgh?
I have a few friends that have this problem with stock firmware and obviously original games.
I think its a buggy game regardless if played on a modded or stock 360

Well, I am playing Mass Effect now and have encountered the error at least twice now. The game has frozen on me multiple times as well. I have also played tiger woods '12 and it froze on me as well. This sounds like a RGH problem more and more... any ideas?
make sure ur wires are in not touching any thing

got this too in skyrim and skyrim only...so the fault goes to skyrim. Finished ME3 so back to skyrim 
did u receive this message "Fatal Crash Intercepted" during loading of a previous gamesave? if so it is probably u have your gamesave modded.
most likely happens when save game modded with horizon, to fix this try to save and hash the gamesave with modio before putting back to x360.
