RGH Fatal Crash Intercepted

I was given a RGH1 Falcon that is randomly throwing the "Fatal Crash Intercepted" error message.

I've been looking up the threads that talk about that kind of error.

Here are some possible cause I've found:
- buggy game (ie : skyrim)
- bug in the dashlaunch version being used
- wire position (like this)

I was just wondering if there were any other possible cause.

What are the most possible cause.

Could the error be caused by some kind of hardware failure?

i normally get this in FSD.. a reset of all fsd data and skins makes it go away for me..

You get the error while playing? or just when in FSD menu?

I had to change fsd itself to an older version when I had it.
