GENERAL Faulty CK3i ???

Hi guys just wondering if someone can answer this problem ...

Just got my ck3i this morning plugged it in and it all lights up ... Mode b light on and Green power light on, However when i turn it on using the power switch it just stays the same, and doesnt function, JF wont detect it and my pc doesnt pic it up either .. Is it faulty or is it me ? Just thought id ask the pro's before i return it and ask for a replacement ..

I had same problem, was just the plastic in the casing not forcing the switch across far enough, pop the case off and reseat it, it'll then turn on and off just fine

oh and as for JF not detecting it, did you install the drivers?

Thanks for the reply, ive tried that, and still no joy .. Maybe just a faulty unit, it does happen from time to time with all brands, Just seems a bit odd as its my first defective TX Unit :-/ No worries ive arranged an exchange with ck3 Thanks for the help ..
