I use XBMC for my dash. (It is the BEST!)
With dvd2xbox for making quick game backups.
SNES9X - SNES Emulator
FCEUltraX - NEW Emulator
XBoyAdvance - GBA Emulator
NeoGenesis - Sega Genesis emulator

GentooX is a good linux distro if you wanna play with it.

MAME all the way if you like the old arcades like double dragon, ninja gaiden, and strider.
