Just download the 2.0.12611 System Update and copy to a USB stick.

Who did your JTAG? Ask them if they removed R6T3.

If they don't know what that is, tell them to stop modding 360's !

If you used Jtag Tool 2.76, then you have freeBOOT v0.41 installed on your Xbox360. Since you have Dashboard version 12611, you need to get the Official 12611 Update files from HERE and install them on your Xbox360. Once you do that, you'll get your Avatars back.

E71: Dashboard Error - Error within Xam.xex: possibly a dashboard update error, Check below in the "Console Reset Codes" for instructions. If that does not work there is no other solution and the console must be sent back to MS for repair.

Check your flash drive to make sure you don't have any ELF or bin files on the root.

R6T3 is documented just about everywhere when it comes to JTAG'ing. It should have been at least mentioned in whatever tutorial you followed, so now would be a good time to look into it.

No, it's not too late :)

nope just $systemupdate , content and the default.xex that came with the systemupdate..

was'nt hard finding out about R6T3 resistor, funny i never ever heard mentions about this before now, and it's been known for years, lol.

found a nice guide too just bridging a pair of connectors on U6T1/2 whitch seemed alot easier too fix if i ever would want my efuse blown..

Delete the default.xex file and see if the Xbox360 boots then with the USB drive.
