So this is what we're lookin at today

im using the power from the xbox and found the tck, tmi, and tms trace lines on the back.I soldered to them and I had an Ohm reading from all connections to the ground on the other side of the cool runner.used a magnifying glass to make sure no solder connection was on more than 1 trace.

after that i quickly hot glue guned everything

I have a Green and Red light showing up on the cool runner . when i attempt to program it i get this error message when trying to initialize to chain.

im also using this lpt schematic and i am well aware that this could very well be the problem

Error when initializing chain

Error impact.. a problem may exist in the hardwarr configuration. Check that the cable, scan chain, and power connections are intact, that the spe ified scan chan configuration matches the hardware and that the power supply is adequate and delivering the correct voltage.

Yep all looks good and should work. Can't for the life of me figure out what could be wrong. This should be stickied!

Hot glue tip. When you apply hot glue just apply a small amount. You need just enough to go from one side of the wire to the other. Immediately after applieing the Hot glue lick the tip of you fingure just enough to get it wet and then rub the hot glue smooth and press the edges down to the board a little. You will get much cleaner looking results. much the same as you do when applieing caulk ya know.

If you dont want to lick your fingure you can just use water!

You need to do three things

1/ Buy a new coolrunner
2/ install it correctly http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75450
3/ Send your knackerd coolrunner to this fella
