RGH Few Questions regarding Soldering RGH + QSBS

Hi Guys,
I'm going to be doing a Trinity RGH tonight and I've got a few questions before i start.

Going to work on a Trinity Mobo with
- Sonus 360 QSB
- NAND-X QSB
- CR4 XL

- What temp should i set the iron to? It's capable of Celsius temp control.
- For QSBS (Trinity V3 + Sonus) Should i pre-tin all the points on the xbox motherboard or all points on the qsbs or both/none?
- Do i use different temps for different portion? If so where/what temp?

Maybe you should practice with old boards, I set mine to 350C but it depends on yours
