GENERAL Fifa 12 Status Code Error

Hi I was putting in a backup of FIFA 12 on my XBOX 360 Elite (all I know is that the firware is below 1.9) when I was asked for an update, I did the update and it now asks me to reinsert the disc to continue the update with a status code error that reads 3151-351F-B800-0F00-C000-0013.
The message stays there when I turn the XBOX on again and I cant go to the dashboard, is there anything I can do?

The universal and the ultimate rule before updating the dashboard is to flash the drive back to OFW first. Thats why you encountered that error code.

Flash to OFW. Turn off the box and before the logo appears on screen press and hold the sync button to clear previous update setup files. Try to update after.

it is a dash update and OFW is Offical FirmWare(stock)

seems to be a hell of a lot of posts IDENTICAL to this at the moment...can't people search or read ...and I mean INDENTICAL

type in FIFA 12 in the search bit and see how many come up !!!

I know that many threads have been popping up that have similar issues and questions. Some may differ, but new users disregard the posting message rules. They are recommendations, those who choose to answer may, but that doesn't mean we can flame them up. Anyone may choose to respond or not but negative comments that may make a user intimidated are uncalled for. I was a noob here too once not too long ago. I know how that feels, but a quick forum search can answer most questions.

I downloaded the update that Johnny2good linked, unzipped it and put the contents on a USB, then I put the USB into the 360 while it was off and turned it on, but it is still stuck at the status error code, am I doing something wrong?

the update has flashed your drive back to stock ..if you haven't flashed back to lt1.91 , and are still trying to update from a BACKUP(and not the original) you will stay stuck !!

USE YOUR ORIGINAL AND IT WILL BE FIXED ... if you did this to begin with you would never have this problem..

I believe he doesn't have the original. Update the dash by USB stick. You have been flagged for a ban most likely. CoolRunner is your only hope now for strict offline play.
