Hello guys,

First off, i am new to all this.
Second i've been reading these forums for the last 4 days now. Still i have some questions.

I've installed a custom firmware with the help of ubergeeks tutorial. Everything went well, still some games work and some dont.

Risen / Two worlds 2 for example work.
Dark souls doesnt.

Then i read about the new xgd3 format, so i figured that would be the problem.

But still to make sure i wanted to see what firmware i installed, cause i am not sure if it was lt+ 1.1 or 2.0

Could anyone point me into a direction on how to see what firmware i installed.

And if i it is 1.1, Can i overwrite it with 2.0? or do i have to set it back to original first?

Thanks,
Jerome

When you closed jungle flasher you should have been prompted to save a log. If you did then you can check what firmware you wrote to your drive in there. If you cant, copy and paste the log onto here and somebody will help you out.

Hi,

If you mean the jf.txt , then i kinda screwed that one up, i dont have that anymore. . I only saved my .bin files, never thought that i would still need the jf.txt.

Okay, so now i dont know what firmware is on.

Then the next Question:

Can i do Ubergeeks tutorial again?
Or should i load the firmware back to its original first?
And then make sure i install the latest firmware. (and save my jf.txt )

Thanks,
Jerome

Load your dummy.bin in jf and see what it autoloads in the target tab. It will say what version of Lt you have if you flashed with the autoload feature. By the way if you didn't know your drive is liteon 0251c now instead of a 73450.
