First Install X3 but fail

Hello:

I just receive my X3CE chips but when I have power-on my xbox. It have flash power-on and off but red & green flash light on eject button.

My XBOX is v1.6. Do the bios is 3.0.3 so that I have error?

Search the forum for FRAG. It's most likely a problem in your LPC soldering. Take another look at the LPC with a magnifying glass and see if you see any bad joints anywhere.
