First time user, have a few questions!

Ordered my Xecuter SX Pro kit and license, going to take a few days for it to arrive, so have some time to figure out how i want to do things.

Is using 1 console for legit online games (ei; buying legit copies of Smash Bro's/Splatoon 2/Diablo etc) and a 2nd console for the Xecutor SX OS with all the cracked offline games, 100% safe? I don't mind purchasing a second console if it means that my legit online games and console are absolutely protected from a ban.

I've not even unpacked my switch (have confirmed its hack-able), is there a way to share save games between 2 systems and have the "legit" system be 100% safe? Or will save game files from a hacked system flag the legit system for a ban?

Short answer on saves is no, you cannot share saves between a clean console and a modded console. To use Nintendo's cloud save you would need their online service and connect to the internet and I am not even sure if you can just use the same account on multiple Switches. There are homebrew apps to back up saves, but they would need to mod both Switches.
