I have a V1.4 and just installed the X3. I flashed using flashbios 3.03 (2902) through my network. Dip switches set to ON ON OFF OFF OFF. I also named the flashbios file to bios.bin. Everything erased and flashed just like it was supposed to, then shut off. When I turned the xbox back on, it just went to the blue screen FlashBios 3.0.1, which was exactly where I was at before flashing. Did I do something wrong? I thought that it was supposed to go to the xbox screen instead. What should I try next? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay I also tried using flashbios 3.01 (1442), and same thing happens. Goes to the main Flashbios 3.0.1 blue screen after restarting.

So you're flashing a FlashBIOS to your chip which already has FlashBIOS.

and i still get the blue screen? what should i do next

I had to replace the Samsung Drive because it had the open tray error so i extracted the key with JF 1.73 and i flashed the new drive with the key and sammy 1.61 and then when i went to test it it said "To Play this Disc Please put it in a Xbox 360 System" So i went back and reflashed it but this time with the Dvd Key and Stock Sammy FW and then went and tested it and it played games and Dvds just fine. What i want to know is did i do somthing wrong flashing the first time? I followed the JF Tut to the letter. Just so whoever reads this knows I had previously tried to spoof this drive(Samsung) as a Lite-on with lt 1.1 before i read that you can't spoof a Liteon with another drive so when i tried to flash it the first time it had LiteOn Ixtreme LT 1.1 on it allready. I wonder if now that it's back to stock if i could reflash it to Sammy iXtreme 1.61??
