ok real simple question how do save your settings in the 1957 to where everytime i reactivate the bios or go into it it doesnt reset to default?

I'm new to ur site and to modding the 360 as well. I don't know if this question has been asked before but i didn't find anything using the search. I was wondering if after updating the firmware on the 360 to play burned copies of games offline, will i get banned if i use the regular version on the game on live (or just connect to live with any actual game) or is it the firmware update that actually gets u banned. I apologize if this was asked elsewhere on the site and i missed it.

As of right now MS has found a way to detect firmware possibly due to drive speeds being slower than normal in order to play back ups, so yes you have a potential risk of being banned when you connect live even with a legit game. If you still want to play live don't mod yet and wait for the new ixtreme LT firmware, for if u mod now and connect to live u may be banned, for people from October 30th 2009 as of now, are still being banned in this massive ban wave.
