Fixing error 13 and 21

i am so sick of people asking about these problems so heres the fix:

first if you renamed the microsoft dash change the name back to xboxdash.xbe and use only one copy of the ms dash which you should keep on your C: drive

if not then:

1. use x3 bios to reformat the C: drive
2. use slayer 2.6 to restore the ms dash
3. shout in celebration as your errors disappear

super meat boy need update

i just download super meat boy for xbox, I have a Jtag xbox whit xm360 to run arcade game.. so far everything gone well exept for super meet boy that I can see in the program but when I start it it goes to dash board and tell me that this game need an update and that it cannot find it .. to consult x30/suport.com bla bla bla ... anyone can help on this ?
