Flacon V3 won't glitch - Squirt 2.0

Hi,
I have a Falcon V3 that won't glitch

I have installed the Squirt 2.0.
I was able to glitch a couple of time so I got the CPU Key and I built the freeboot

From that moment the falcon wan't start, so I flashed the retail firmware and it was everything ok.
Then I flashed Xell another time and I'm stuck here.

The Debug Led is often fixed. I tried to reinstall many times with no luck.

Any suggestion? Maybe the wire length for POST and RST (I use AWG 30 wire) and the route
