GENERAL Flagged after silent dae.bin update?

Hi all,
few days ago i read a news about MS, who updates silently the DAE.bin file which contains AP2.5 data.
In the forum i read of people who, from a day to another, get an error "unrecognized disc" and they said that they were been flagged.
I have played online with mi backup of COD:BO until the day before i have read the notice. But I never got the error "unrecognized disc" so am I been flagged, even if i didn't get the error?

Go to system settings/console settings and post your 'X' value and console serial number
