It is that simple guys. It is posted all over. If you want to be as safe as possible with your modded firmware revert to stock, update, then reflash.

Why flood the forums with a bunch of is it safe? This is the safe method. Everything else is t your own risk.

That's for phats only though slims are safe according to c4e

Confirmed =) Slims work great just updating but you must flash non slims to stock
