flash bios 3.0.0

hi I am totally new just got this x box for free and it has a mod chip the box is saying a bunch of stuff like enable netwoork flashijng load bios from hdd load bios from disk unlock hdd and lock hdd so I dont know what is going on I just want it work like it did 3 days ago that is all I am asking so if any one can help I donty wanna upgrade I am just looking for a fix thx and if you can help me I am willing to call any one 24-7 any where in the usa plz help out

Anyhoo you need to flash a bios.....have a look at this site under 'Bios Flashing' (You don't have to worry about the 'Installation' part

I guess you may have played with the switches ??? Or moved them somehow ?
