flash bios file size

Hi Guys:

The flash bios bin file I downloaded is 256kb in size. Is it essential for it to be resized to 512kb or 1024kb? It seems to me I read a post recently stating this had to be done.

What is the exact bios that you downloaded?

you need to go to xbins and dl hacked X3 bios. It's already 1mb in size so no need to resize. Make sure to extract the rar file once you dl to get the bin bios file you need. Make sure to use the correct bios version for your xbox version.
