flash bios issue

I have a x3ce, and set up went fine. So after a month, I tried to flash to the bank off off on on(with ver 3029). now my box only boots to retail, no matter what bank selection is made. I cant get it to the flashbios screen to correct this. is there anyway to reflash via ftp. also when i started slayers disk for bios type, it said it was unknown(this was even before i tried to flash to off off on on. anyone with a clue?

1. off off on on is not a 1MB configuration.
2. Xbox booting to MS dash all the time means something has come loose or you've lost your bootup sequence.
3. Try booting to the backup BIOS for FlashBIOS. You want to flash it to on on off off or off on off off.

thanks martin, figured out the back up bios, flash*D that, and actually i had to reformat c:. I must have deleted a boot sequence like you said.. thanks for the tip.
