Flash Bios scree does not get past BOOT: Start USB init

I just recieved a modded box, I can boot to ms dash, and akk works. When i get to flash bios screen, it stops and the led is flashing green,

I have read the tuts, and faqs for all related info, wondering?

Any ideas where to start?

dumb quetion, after several reboots it came up, and got chip flashed.
