flash bios screen.

I am having a little bit of trouble. I installed the X3 on a 1.6 and everything worked fine. I used the system for a while and even played some downloaded games. I didn't use the system for about a week and just turned it on today. It booted properly and when I went to play a game the system froze. I turned it off and back on and it appears to have whiped my bios that I installed on the chip. I attempted to reinstall the bios, but could not get it to work. I am able to get to the back up bios built in to the chip, but could not get the controller to choose load bios from disk. The controller is not responsive in any way. I have tried several controllers including off brand and MS name brand. No luck. Has this happened to anyone? Any insight or help would be apreciated.

Resolder pin header points 13 and 14 Even though it looked good touched up the job anyways
I was enable to flash my bios, I touched up all my soldering I'm up and running.
