Photot(4).jpg shows the connection to the STBY_CLK. Sounds like you've damage that point and it needs to be repaired. You've either damaged the trace or blown the resistor. Get a multimeter and measure from the far side of the resistor (closest to the HANA chip) and to the solder pad on the QSB. You should get ~33 ohms.
OK I think I have some optimistic news! Alright I got a multimeter and tested the ohms. Good news is I got some connection, bad news is that the readings were all over the place. I believe that means the point isn't damaged, just the soldering job isn't getting a good connection; correct? Granted the multimeter I was using wasn't that great and I don't know if I was testing the right points but I did get some reading none the less. These are the points you meant right? If so, it just means I need to re-do the point and it'll work?

I apologize. The only reason I did that was because my soldering iron was on loan and I was worried I couldn't get it done before I had to return it. It wont happen again.

I don't think i'm the only person who's noticed that your soldering of the Nand QSB v3 ( near the rear of your board ) could really do with ALL the solder points re-doing.
Don't forget to use flux before applying more solder to those connection points.
Plus i would go over every single solder point of the QSB's you have tried fitting to that board and re-measure the points again with a multimeter
