Ugh, I'm having hardware problems now... One of my wires, the yellow one, came loose and I tried soldering it back, and all I would get is the ARM software error.

I desoldered all the nand wires and soldered them again, got it to work for a second, but then I got the ARM error when I tried to write my nand.

I tried soldering yellow to the underside of the mobo, that didn't work. Then I tried soldering everything to the underside. Still the ARM error.

I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol and now I'm cooling off before I attempt anything again.

edit: My original nand was working fine last night, I never put it through nand healer and I haven't done anything to those files so I assume they work fine now.

Also, can one of you guys just make a proper FB image with smc changes for my Zephyr with cb of 4570? I'll pm you a link with my original nand and my consoleID.

Thanks for the help

the first alt smc jtag i did, i used the non-xenon wires out of the nand-x. worked perfect.

EDIT:

100% they work. if you look at the wires for the non-xenon, inside the heatshrink tubing theres a resistor/diode. ive never opened one up to check what it actually is but i think it may be a bat41 diode. thats a guess though.
yea it is a bat41 i just opened one the other day , just out of curiosity

Get your NAND-X working again as this is most important. As for the yellow wire, try soldering that to any ground area on the board.

honestly you should be able to do a full dump without the yellow wire at all now i don't say this is safe but it can be done you can also touch it to any copper pad were the screws attach the motherboard to the cage " it's a ground" any ground will work we use the current one because it's convenient

thats really bad soldering but yes that looks like its fixxable. i would clean all the solder off with desolder braid and then check to see if the 360 will start up. the reason ur getting the red on the psu is because theres a short.
