OK i have a problem, whenever I turn my box on it boots to the normal Xbox dash, but my chip is active, it will light red/green when i have the protection on/off, and all my buttons light up but it wont BOOT TO FLASHDASH! pls this is sooo annoying!

My buttons are set at:

• protection on the chip is off
• protection on the X3CP is off
• banks 1 and 2 selected

My little xecuter logo is red though.. not blue!
Also i have both the bios disk and evox on disc.
I have a v.1.6 box, 3.01bios disk, latest evox disk, xecuter 3CE.

Are there any special buttons i have to press when starting the box?
I dont even get the xecuter rox my box logo when starting...

Ok because the switch panel is red (disabled) u need to check your d0 point, also make sure the power/eject switch is in properly and youre only holding down the power button for a short ammount of time. Just a quick press is all it needs, alltho some power buttons are hyper sensitive.

I have read the thread underneath this one, and it says to check the DO soldering. My DO is fine, otherwise the chip wouldnt work ...right? guys im lost, this is stupid, for the time being i will have to check the DO AGAIN.

Now i de-soldered the DO cable from my LPC rebuild and resoldered it to the board. But now the box is fragging! Aargh this is not good.
