flash hangs no prog bar

I have x3 v1.0 xbox. i put the chip in and im able to get to the cromwell 3.0.0 bios. however, when i send the flash HTTP the flash screen either has no progress bar indicator or the bar will fill up yellow and hang for either 3.1 or 3.3 flash. one thing that i found was weird was when i shut it down the bar would then fill up yellow (if there was no prog bar and then shut down) this was a solder free install also so no solder or flux issues as i cleaned the board to make sure. one other thing. when i send 3.1 or 3.3 which is 256K the HTTP says "found flash Xecuter3 (2048K) (01 ad) is that the default display or is it saying that the file is 2mb?

For a start if u r flashing 3.1 or 3.3 then u are simply flashing Cromwell back..

U need to get a hacked bios (search the FAQ's...it cannot be posted as it uses illegal M$ code). This bios is in rar format and needs extracting..the bios size when extracted is 1M

Get that and try flashing it to the X3 with switches set on,on,off,off,off
