Flash issue

Hello all I have a version 1.5 xbox currenty running x2_4983.06 on a X2.6ce Problem is the bios is on both banks dont seem to have flash bios on either bank is there a way to re-flash my chip without a programmer as i dont have one. Im wanting to install X2.5035 bios on my modchip.
