Flash not working

ok im flashing my xbox via HTTP
i downloaded version 3.03 and i flash it to my box
it gets done flashing and turns itself off
i turn it back on and im right back where i started Bios 3.0.0
what am i doing wrong?
please help me

So you flashed FlashBIOS 3.0.3 to your chip. You boot it up and get FlashBIOS 3.0.3 on screen.

What Bank did you flash it to?

I have the same problem... flashing to bank 1... should I try a different bank?

get the bios loader... currious why i would have banks 1 and 2 switches on though... i have on on off off off... seems to me that would be trying to flash 1 and 2 banks... but dont know.

To clarify... flash the thing with on on off off off... power back up and then get the 3.0 screen asking me to flash from net, hd, or disc... would this be the 1.6b problem?

additional info... what i think you were asking... i flashed on on off off off... then after flash... switch to on off off off off... thats when the loader come on.

no... trying a new one now that i found... x3-1959v16plus... is supose to work better for 1.6b some memory speed problem or something. Thing that worries me is some posts that say a 1.6b cannot be flashed yet.

Flash not Sticking

Ok Im flashing my new chip to Bank 1 and 2 all other swithches are off
it will let me flash the box but then after its done and reboots im right back at the flash bios 3.0.0 asking me if i wanna load bios from internet or hardrive
the new bios isnt sticking is this a soldering problem or is the memory on the chip that stores the new bios damaged???
ive tried everything i could think of

OK I did it i dont know how but it finally stuck i got flash bios 3.0.3 on there i changed from banks 1 and 2 to banks 3 and 4 and it stuck so ok i have flash bios up there \
Now what do i do???

im sorry you guys in tech support this mod chip thing is all new to me

XBOX 360 MODERN WARFARE 2 HACKS

if anyone knows of someone who still hacks on mw2, send me the gamertag, or a message of info on it. i want 10th prestige, all emblems and call signs and golden desert eagle if possible? im from canada so if you want points card, your gamertag has to be setup as from canada in order for the card to work for you.
warning; i have been scammed once already. ive heard alot of the hacks have been patched so this post may be pointless, but im still trying.
