Flash problem, need help!

ok so i just got a X3 chip with souldrless adapter, and control panel (X3LCD screen doesnt work btw) and i got it installed fine, chip worked, booted up into the flashbios 3.0.3 and then i flashed it with some 256k thing i got off the net, it flashed fine and shut down at the end like its supposed to, but then i turn it on and it frags, but when i have the banks selected to "flash=off,1-4= off off off on" then it turns on fine and goes to the flashbios 3.0.3, can anybody lead me to the source of the problem? and perhaps tell me what site i can get X3 3294 off of (besides teamxecuter.com cuz i cant find it on here) that would be very nice, ty

Well first of all there is one way that i cant say on here how to get the bios you need. All i and anyone else on here can tell you is to look on xbox scene and read there tutorail. The tutorial is easy to find if you search google. it involves stuff like mirc. Also there is a reason that it is very hard to find bios and dashs. Most of them are illegal. hope this helps.

once flashed with the xecuter bios, you can enable the LCD with X3CL.
