flash problems

hi, first time poster so I apologize if this has been talked about before.

When I start up my xbox it goes to a blue screen and won't let me do anything. I'm pretty much techniccally retarded (a close friend modded mine) so any help would be appreciated. I'm freaking out so please hook me up.

the flashbios blue screen is what you get after installing an x3 chip , you need to get a bios on it now and then get a dashboard to run programs and games .
lets start with getting a bios !!
