I have a 0225 liteon and i want to flash it. How do I exactly connect the drive to my computer. Can I just use the Xbox to power the drive and connect te Sata cable to the inside of my desktop or do I need to buy something. Is there any thing else I need to get or do beside buying and installing the pcb? Are there any good guides?

You need to know which chip is on the pcd, all I know is good luck with WINBOND chip set. You either gotta drill that with kamikazi kit, or buy TX unlocked pcb.
What is the difference between winbond and the other one. I was thinking of buying a replacement pcb. Do you think this is good?

if your slim chip is winbond, then you either kamikaze it or buy an unlocked pcb from TX as pcbs are locked now
MXIC can be unlocked with sputnik from TX

MXIC you can use the sputnik unlock qsb, like I said find out what chip is on your pcb first and foremost.
