Flash Type: read only ???

Hello,
I can´t flash my BIOS
Chip first worked fine => tried to Flash to a X3, but i set the DIP switches wrong. So i have to restart the XBOX with the Backup and now i see that the flash protection is enabled, but i diddnt changed anything at the xbox
Still disconnected the Externel Switch an checked the internal, all seems to be right
Any idea whats wrong or how i could flash?

4 hours later it´s ok, i do nothing, just tried again without doing any changes....argghh
