RGH Flash with J-runner or rawflash?

Hey, now that J-runner is out is it "better" to flash the new nand with it or to put the nandflash.bin on a usb and flash it with rawflash?

rawflash should not be used.i have seen sooooo many cases where rawflash messes up the nand image while writing it back it isnt funny.stick to writing with jrunner.
