FlashBIOS and Error 16

Couldn't find a FlashBIOS froum so I hope this will do.

Well to make a long story short: the clock in my box needs seting, my old modchip is fried, therefor I need a new chip with a bios that has the error 16 fix. I'm thinking about geting the X3 that comes with flashBIOS and no posibility to flash directly via a computer SO my question is dose flashBIOS have the error 16 fix? (gee I could have made that alot shorter couldn't I)

Error 16 is something wrong with the dashboard files. Why would you have that error ever come up unless you deleted the files or screwed them up?

Well yah my files are screwed up (or I think my xbox original dash has been remamed) but I was hoping to replace them using slayers or somthing like that, but to be able to do that I have to get around error 16 and get the xbox to boot from the DVD. (erorr 16 is the xbox wanting to set it's clock but not being able to do so as it has some kind of problem booting to the original dash)
