It wont let me scroll up or down on the flash bios screen help plz

I have the same problem, I have 2 original microsoft S controllers and I can´t scroll either, FlashBios 3.0.1 Xbox 1.6 (don´t know if a or b), but ill appreaciate any help

Make sure you plugged the controller ports back in.

also ungpluge the dvd dongle if you have it plugged in.
