FlashBios help!

Im have a problem flashing the Bios with the 2.6ce chip on 1.4 xbox i have tryed many Bios from xbins and i use it and the the same FlashBios 3.0.3 screen comes back after i turn on.? and im useing the http metod.

turn off flash protect on chip as well as switch
get flashbios up then change you switch to the other bank do not flash the same bank as flashbios
then flash that bank after it flashes it will turn off then power up if not power up by button
use the X2 5035 bios or the x2 4983
