My screen is stuck at:

I tries restarting like its says and still no luck, anyone what I should do?

What did it say to do?

What hard drive is that? You didn't swap the hard drive before youflashed did you?

It told me to restart my box, so I shut it down and truned it back on. Yea I bought a 200GB hard drive in that I bought off of modchipman.com, yea i connected the new HDD before i flashed. Please tell me that thats not going to f'ed something up?

What did you read? That's not what I read. I read a flashing tutorial from that link.

You need to take this one step at a time. The first thing after installing the chip is to flash it.
But at this point you need to take a step back. Because the first thing you do before installing the chip is RESEARCHING and READING. The QUICK HELP section here and the STICKY'S are t here to help you. You need to go back and read them.
There are also tutorials on www.xbox-scene.com read them too.

But first put your original hard drive back in.
